Really liked the intro graphics. Thought your presenting/voiceover/reviewing was professional sounding, and appreciated how in the Avatar review, the pace was such that it was easy to take in all the points you were making. I also clicked through to the Left 4 Dead 2 review, which despite finding insightful, I thought suffered from the background music and ingame sound effects being too loud to hear your voice properly. Since that wasn't an issue with the more recent Avatar piece, I assume you've got that sorted.
I got bored waiting to see the first impressions of Bayonetta, and found myself trying out the news, which rather than being gaming related, seemed to be about kids going to school, =). Although it was funny hearing one girl had worn her school uniform both day and night, ;-).

To sum up - your content seems to be slick, useful/informative, and punchy enough to cope with short attention spans (I liked that I could just pick a game I was interested in, and see a video of it). I like the way the bar/meter graphic fills up when you award a mark out of 10 too, ^_^.

Thanks Drew!

Ye, we're working on the sound. The L4D2 review was my bad as I edited it. It's challenging to do both review, present and edit an insert with the looming dread of the deadly Deadline! But we're working on improving it from feedback like yours. Shot man.

What you do? Who you work for and how long you been in the industry?

I used to do my own irregular fanzine (fan-made magazine) for fun in my spare time ( http://www.unitedgames.co.uk/may2003.pdf ), wanted to do it professionally when I left Uni, but didn't have enough money, so attempted to do my own DVD production ( http://www.unitedgames.co.uk/e3videos/ ) which was funded by loans. =P You don't need to tell me it's hard to review, present, and edit, all by yourself. Suffice to say, video was not a strong point for me, and Zoopy seems to have better production values than my attempts. I respect what you're doing.

After my DVD venture failed, I took a few random jobs, the highlight of which was a temp sub editing role at GameSpot for no more than a couple of months in 2008. Following a bit of freelance web design, I'm now living off savings whilst trying to raise the money for the magazine I wanted to do in the first place.

Audio issues aside, I liked what you did with the cricket bat, and the blood stains, etc, ;-).

From what I've seen, your content is solid. I assume it's just a matter of getting more views now...?

Well, have already shared it on Facebook, ;-).

The girls will like the kittens, and the environmentalists will like the gardening. ^_^
Have you seen any of the guerilla gardening youtube videos?

Only two months in a junior role at GS, so not as cool as it sounds, but 'twas good while it lasted, =).

Thanks for positive feedback on the mag, =D. Can't wait to get boring business planning stuff out the way, and get back to literally making a cool mag like that again. Haven't done one since 2003, so am scared I'm out of practice. Again, a lot of respect for people posting current news, reviews, previews, etc, everyday. =P

My camera skills aren't so good - I don't hold it still for long enough, and zoom in on heads a bit too much. Thankfully, I got some other people to help out with camera work, which is where some of the cool shots may have come from.
